What's your MOQ?
Generally, MOQ for ODM is 500pcs, the MOQ of OEM is only 20- 50pcs, the MOQ of RTS is 1-10pcs.
Can I order samples with my own design & logo?
Certainly you can.We can make it according to your any specific requirement.
How long will it take for the sample and mass production?
Generally speaking, we need 4-6days to finish the samples, while it will take longer time for
some complex design. And the lead time for production will take 15- 25days.
What formats do you need for custom logos ?
PDF,AI,JPG,CDR,PSD etc.
What's lead time for bulk production?
Normally its 15-25 days after approval of hat samples and payment,but if you’re in urgent need of them.
What are your payment terms?
T/T,LC Paypal,Western Union,Trade Assurance, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
